20 January, London: Leading indie top-tier specialist music video label Wienerworld has renewed and expanded their deal with Proper Music Distribution to include the handling of all sales and distribution of Wienerworld’s extensive audio catalogue in addition to their DVD/BluRay catalogue.
Announcing this move on the anniversary of Wienerworld’s 40th year of trading, Anthony Broza, Wienerworld’s CEO commented “This is a fantastic logistical, sales and distribution deal enabling our entire catalogue to benefit from the knowledge and ethos of Proper’s outstanding music-dedicated team. Its vast network across mainstream and independent retail coupled with its unique sales and personalised customer operations represents a great opportunity to bring our music to the music public’s eyes and ears.”
Wienerworld’s latest releases include the chart topping Riverdance - The 25th Anniversary Show: Live In Dublin, award winning Down Home Blues Miami, Atlanta and South Eastern States with The Dave Brubeck Quartet – Time OutTakes on both CD and vinyl, 311 Mardi Gras and Devo – Hardcore Devo Live on vinyl, all slated for release this month.
